- 12/13: AM Workshop 3 Vision; PM Workshop 4 Arm
- 12/14: AM Field Testing; PM Robot Inspection and Presentation
Competition: December 15 (Fri) ~ 17 (Sun), 2017
- 12/15: AM Setup; PM Task 1 Speech and Person Recognition
- 12/16: AM Task 2 Help-me-carry; PM Task 3 Restaurant
- 12/17 Finals (Interview) [Submission of TDP and Video]

<Workshop Preparation> ***IMPORTANT***
Materials provided:
- Robot (TurtleBot2)
- Sensor (Kinect/Xtion)
- Robot arm
Self prepared: (before leaving to Bangkok)
- Please prepare at least one laptop PC per team
- Minimum requirements: 2 USB ports (or with USB hub), built-in microphone and speaker (better with external)
PC Environment:
- Linux Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS (Trusty Tahr)
- Download, install and activate MATLAB R2017b (complimentary software license by MathWorks – ONLY ONE PER TEAM)

>>  2. Go to the RoboCup support page and request a complimentary software license. This should be started soon so things are ready for RCAP. The steps to install and activate MATLAB will be emailed to you once the license is approved, and each team member should use the same information.

<Submission of TDP and Video>
As required as a RoboCup team, please prepare a brief technical writing as TDP and a video compilation during the workshop to describe the robot system that you are going to build for the competition. You should submit them before the Finals.
