RoboCup@Home Education Challenge is an educational competition platform to cultivate beginner teams for RoboCup@Home challenges. The unique Workshop+Competition format effectively boosts novice participants for challenging service robot development and AI learning within an event time. This year, we are organizing the on-site event at the RoboCup 2023 Bordeaux in July 2023. The event comprises a series of robot building short courses for beginners via online classroom, hands-on workshop and face-to-face on-site competition in Bordeaux.

Step 2 - Technical Materials Submission and Team Qualification
Develop your robot and produce 1. Technical Video and 2. Technical Paper of your best robot performance. You can develop your robot based on the following themes (either one):
Solving the competition tasks in the Rules 2023.
Open scenario based on the Finals in the Rules 2023.

(Optional) 3. Team Website showing the educational efforts of team in promoting education of technical development. E.g. open source code with development guides and tutorials (in text or video), learning course materials, online classroom etc.
After submitting the "Intend To Participate" (Step 1), please prepare the technical materials and submit before the following due dates depending on your entry track.

Make sure your team has submitted the "Intend To Participate" (Step 1).
Make sure to fill in the same information: Team Leader/Mentor Name and Email Address.
Make sure to put your Team Name as the file name of the Technical Paper.

Step 3a - On-site Challenge
The Technical Materials submitted will be reviewed to select qualified teams for the On-site Challenge at the RoboCup 2023 Bordeaux.
All selected teams are required to complete RoboCup 2023 registration before the deadline in June 2023.

Step 3b - Online Challenge
The Technical Materials submitted will be reviewed to select qualified teams for the Online Challenge.
Online teams will give presentation and robot demonstration remotely via live streaming for the Online Challenge.
All selected teams are required to complete online team registration before the deadline in June 2023.
